Identity verification is done by have the end user install an App (Android and iOS) or an online web-meeting. We are able to verify both OVD and MZR data as well as readout the chip data (Android/iOS app only) in order to match the biometric data and establish the identity of your new client.
New regulation also pushes for more involvement of financial institutes in ensuring “Ultimate Beneficiary” of the account and cards. Our Client Management solution is able to fully automated create tracking profiles of client accounts and individual cards. Alarm will be created when behaviour does not match initial account status and will create alarms or self defined workflow tasks such as Re-Identify. Re-Identify forces the client to open the app call our support center and use the contactless part of the card for 2-factor Identification.
